RETURNS

We accept returns via mail within 7 days of purchase. Send an email to admin@shopthestylehive.com requesting for our return address. You will have to pay to return your items and it may take up to 10 business days to process.

Returns post-marked more than 7 days of your purchase will not be honored.

No returns on sale merchandise, skincare, cosmetics, shoes and jewelry. These items are a final sale.

All merchandise must be received in new condition; unworn, unwashed, unscented and with tags intact.

We recommend re-using the original package your items arrived in to send back merchandise.

All items are subject to inspection. If they do not meet the requirements, you will be responsible to pay to have your items shipped back.

REFUND PROCESS

A refund will be issued after your return has been processed, which may take up to 10 business days after your return is received. Once your refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email detailing your return and refund amounts. Refunds are always issued to the original method of payment. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account.

 

EXCHANGES

Exchanges must be postmarked within 7 days of receiving your order. We suggest you place an order for the item/s you would like to purchase as to not miss out of the sizes available. Pay for the shipping in your purchase and send us an email at admin@shopthestylehive.com with the subject line: Request for Shipping Refund. In the body of the email include your order number. 

Once your item/s for exchange are received, your new item/s will be shipped at no additional shipping cost and a refund will be applied to your original method of payment.
